It's crucial to have a clear understanding of what you need done and how you want things handled. Start by taking an inventory of all your belongings, beginning with large furniture and bulky items that won't fit in boxes, and then estimate the number of boxes and bins you'll need. Keep in mind that this number may evolve as you approach your move date, so it's best to provide an initial estimate and update your moving agent as you pack. Your inventory list is the most critical component of your moving estimate, so be sure to keep it accurate and up-to-date.
Give us a call to get started! We can give you an accurate & binding estimate based on a list of all your items you are planning to move with you. (Only takes about 10-15 minutes), or we can give you a rough quote based on the average home or office of your size.
Our goal is to ensure you have an accurate estimate based on your actual moving details. Things like stair cases, elevators, how far our truck can park from your pick up and delivery locations all can affect the price. So we make sure to go over all details with you so you have no surprises or last minute fees.
Your quote will be based on price per cubic feet and depending on how far you are moving. That price never changes unless you add more items or changing your destination. All moves include our standard insurance, truck, equipment, padding and wrapping of all your large or breakable furniture and even free wardrobe boxes with select moves.
Once your quote is submitted to you, we continue to follow up with you on any changes to your inventory, move dates, or delivery details. Keeping you updated and in the loop helps us ensure you get the service you expect at the price you were told.
Moving day is now here and the best thing to do is free up your entire day. Moving is a process and will require your complete attention and energy to avoid issues. If you are not able to be present during your move, at least be available in case we need to call you with any questions. For your move you can do as little or as much as you want.
